A WordPress llms.txt file should not list every post. It should point AI assistants to the pages that explain the site, the editorial standards, and the strongest evergreen resources.
Best pages to include
- Homepage or about page that defines the site and audience.
- Cornerstone guides that answer durable questions in depth.
- Category hub pages for major topics.
- Author pages with expertise and credentials.
- Editorial policy, correction policy, and contact page.
